Terms of Service DriveTogether

These Terms govern the use of the DriveTogether mobile application, website, API and related online services. Please read them before creating an account or purchasing Premium.

1. Operator and contact

DriveTogether is operated by Adrian Karpiński, an individual operating the DriveTogether project in Poland.

Support, complaints and legal enquiries may be sent to: support@drivetogether-app.com.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, accessing DriveTogether or purchasing Premium, you agree to these Terms and the DriveTogether Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account, start a driving session or purchase a subscription.

3. Minimum age

DriveTogether is intended for users aged 16 or older. Users aged 16 or 17 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by the law of their country.

The application is not directed to children and must not be used by anyone who does not meet the applicable minimum age.

4. Description of the service

DriveTogether may provide features including:

  • creating and managing a user profile,
  • recording Solo Drive sessions using GPS,
  • route history, replay, driving statistics and summaries,
  • group drives and live location sharing during active Group PLAY sessions,
  • groups, clubs, invitations, roles, events and participation management,
  • activity feeds, comments, rankings, achievements and XP,
  • vehicle and garage management,
  • advertising in the Free version,
  • paid Premium subscriptions and Premium-only features.

Some features may depend on the application version, device, operating system, permissions, country, server configuration, active subscription and availability of third-party services.

5. User accounts and authentication

Certain features require a DriveTogether account. Accounts may be created using an email address and password or by using an available external authentication method, such as Google Sign-In.

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your device and account, and promptly notify DriveTogether if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account in a way that circumvents limits, subscriptions, security or moderation actions.

DriveTogether does not receive or store your Google account password. Linking a Google account does not transfer ownership of the DriveTogether account.

6. Acceptable use

You must use DriveTogether lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • use the service in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person,
  • impersonate another person or provide intentionally misleading account information,
  • publish unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing content,
  • harass, stalk, intimidate or endanger other users,
  • publish another person's precise location or personal information without authorization,
  • attempt to bypass authentication, Premium, advertising, limits or security protections,
  • automate requests, scrape data or overload the API without written authorization,
  • reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it,
  • manipulate routes, XP, rankings, advertising rewards, subscriptions or statistics,
  • use DriveTogether to organize unlawful activity or create a risk to road safety.

7. Driving and road safety

The driver remains fully responsible for the vehicle, route, speed, observation of road conditions and compliance with traffic law.

Do not interact with DriveTogether while driving. Configure the application before the journey and stop in a safe and lawful place before using the screen.

DriveTogether is not:

  • a certified navigation system,
  • a vehicle safety or driver-assistance system,
  • an accident, emergency or automatic rescue service,
  • a certified speed-measuring instrument,
  • a replacement for road signs, traffic law or driver judgement.

GPS, map, speed, route, group-location and alert information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Never make a safety-critical driving decision based only on information displayed by DriveTogether.

8. Location and Group PLAY

Location-dependent features require the appropriate device permissions. Location recording begins only after the user starts a feature that requires it.

During an active Group PLAY session, your current location may be shown to authorized participants of that group. Do not join a group-location session unless you agree to this sharing.

A participant must not copy, republish, misuse or use another participant's location to harass, track or endanger that person.

Mobile networks, GPS availability, battery restrictions and device settings may cause delays or gaps in the displayed location.

9. User content

Users may create or upload content such as nicknames, avatars, comments, activities, club information, event information, vehicle information, reports and other materials supported by the application.

You retain rights to content you create. You grant DriveTogether a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process and display that content only to the extent reasonably required to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service.

This licence generally ends when the content or account is deleted, except where limited retention is required for backups, shared activity history, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the protection of legal claims.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law, privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.

10. Reports and moderation

Users may report content, accounts or conduct through available in-app reporting tools or by contacting support.

DriveTogether may, where reasonably necessary:

  • review a report or suspected violation,
  • remove or restrict access to content,
  • limit access to social, group or club functions,
  • correct manipulated statistics or rewards,
  • temporarily suspend an account,
  • permanently terminate an account in cases of serious or repeated violations.

Where appropriate and legally possible, the user may be informed about the reason for an enforcement action and may contact support to request a review.

11. Advertising and privacy choices

The Free version may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Premium normally removes advertisements while a valid Premium entitlement is confirmed by the DriveTogether server.

DriveTogether uses Google's consent and privacy tools where required. Depending on the user's country, settings and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized or limited.

Available advertising privacy options can be reopened from the DriveTogether Settings screen. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

You must not intentionally click advertisements to generate invalid activity, automate ad interactions or attempt to manipulate advertising rewards.

12. Premium subscription

Premium is an optional digital subscription purchased through Google Play. It may include benefits such as:

  • removal of advertisements,
  • increased XP rewards,
  • additional garage capacity,
  • larger group-drive limits,
  • additional story-card styles,
  • a Premium profile badge,
  • additional profile and hero customization.

The exact current Premium benefits and limits are displayed in the application or Google Play before purchase. Availability may depend on the current version and server configuration.

At the date of these Terms, the standard prices in Poland are:

  • PLN 11.99 per month for the monthly plan,
  • PLN 89.99 per year for the annual plan.

The final price, billing period, currency, tax, promotion and any introductory offer shown by Google Play before confirmation of the purchase prevail. Prices may differ by country.

13. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Google Play. DriveTogether does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

Monthly and annual Premium plans automatically renew for the selected billing period unless they are cancelled through Google Play before renewal.

Uninstalling DriveTogether or deleting a DriveTogether account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.

You can manage or cancel the subscription from the Google Play subscriptions section for the Google account used to make the purchase.

Unless Google Play, applicable law or a refund decision provides otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and Premium remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

Purchase and subscription information may be verified with Google Play. Premium may be activated, renewed, restored, suspended or expired according to the verified subscription status.

A temporary verification, network or Google Play outage may delay a change to Premium status. The application may attempt to restore the correct entitlement after connectivity returns.

14. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund requests for purchases processed through Google Play should normally be submitted using Google Play's purchase and refund tools. DriveTogether may also review requests sent to support where the developer is responsible for handling the request.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, Google Play rules and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to withdrawal, defective or non-conforming digital services and available legal remedies.

If Premium does not function as described, first ensure that the correct Google account is active in Google Play and use the Restore Purchase function where available. Problems may also be reported to support.

15. XP, achievements and virtual benefits

XP, achievements, badges, rankings, advertising rewards and similar virtual benefits are part of the application experience. They:

  • have no monetary value,
  • cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency or external property,
  • cannot be sold or transferred between users unless a feature expressly permits it,
  • may be corrected or removed when granted through an error, abuse or manipulation.

Rules, thresholds and available rewards may evolve as the service develops. Material changes will not limit mandatory consumer rights connected with an active paid subscription.

16. Availability and changes to the service

DriveTogether is developed and may be updated, corrected or expanded. Individual features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, technical faults, external services, legal requirements or platform changes.

The operator may make reasonable changes to improve security, compatibility, performance or functionality. Where a material change negatively affects an active paid service, users will receive any notice or remedy required by law.

DriveTogether does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, Android version, network or vehicle configuration.

17. Intellectual property

The DriveTogether name, application, source code, interface, visual elements, database structure, documentation and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use DriveTogether in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party maps, libraries, fonts, advertisements and Google services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

18. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using DriveTogether at any time and may delete your account through the application or according to the public instructions at https://drivetogether-app.com/account/delete/.

Account deletion is generally irreversible and may remove or anonymize profile, route, social and dependent data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the DriveTogether account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.

DriveTogether may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of a serious Terms violation, fraud, security threat, unlawful conduct, repeated abuse or a legal requirement.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DriveTogether is not responsible for:

  • driver decisions, traffic violations or unsafe use of the application,
  • accidents, vehicle damage, bodily injury or loss caused by distracted driving,
  • inaccurate or delayed GPS, map, speed or group-location information,
  • loss of connectivity, battery restrictions or device malfunction,
  • actions, content or conduct of other users,
  • interruptions or failures of Google Play, maps, advertising, authentication or other third-party services,
  • indirect or unforeseeable loss that could not reasonably be prevented.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protection law.

20. Complaints and support

Complaints concerning the operation of DriveTogether or Premium may be sent to support@drivetogether-app.com.

Please include, where possible:

  • the email address associated with the DriveTogether account,
  • the application version and device model,
  • a description of the issue and when it occurred,
  • screenshots or diagnostic information that do not expose passwords or full payment details.

Complaints will be reviewed without undue delay and within any period required by applicable law.

21. Privacy

The processing of personal data, including account, location, advertising and subscription data, is described in the DriveTogether Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, law, Google Play requirements, pricing model or available functionality changes.

The current version and update date will remain available on this page. Where required, material changes will be communicated in the application or by another appropriate method.

23. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them.

Disputes may be submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law. The parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through support where reasonably possible.

Regulamin DriveTogether

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji mobilnej DriveTogether, strony internetowej, API i powiązanych usług online. Zapoznaj się z nim przed utworzeniem konta lub zakupem Premium.

1. Operator i kontakt

Operatorem DriveTogether jest Adrian Karpiński, osoba fizyczna prowadząca projekt DriveTogether w Polsce.

Pytania dotyczące wsparcia, reklamacji i spraw prawnych można kierować na adres: support@drivetogether-app.com.

2. Akceptacja Regulaminu

Utworzenie konta, rozpoczęcie korzystania z DriveTogether albo zakup Premium oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu oraz Polityki prywatności DriveTogether.

Jeżeli nie akceptujesz Regulaminu, nie twórz konta, nie rozpoczynaj sesji jazdy ani nie kupuj subskrypcji.

3. Minimalny wiek

DriveTogether jest przeznaczone dla osób, które ukończyły 16 lat. Użytkownik w wieku 16 lub 17 lat powinien uzyskać zgodę rodzica albo opiekuna prawnego, jeżeli wymagają tego przepisy obowiązujące w jego kraju.

Aplikacja nie jest kierowana do dzieci i nie może być używana przez osobę, która nie spełnia obowiązującego wymogu minimalnego wieku.

4. Opis usługi

DriveTogether może udostępniać między innymi:

  • tworzenie i prowadzenie profilu użytkownika,
  • rejestrowanie sesji Solo Drive przy użyciu GPS,
  • historię tras, replay, statystyki i podsumowania jazdy,
  • przejazdy grupowe i lokalizację live podczas aktywnego Group PLAY,
  • grupy, kluby, zaproszenia, role, eventy i zarządzanie uczestnictwem,
  • feed aktywności, komentarze, rankingi, osiągnięcia i XP,
  • zarządzanie pojazdami i garażem,
  • reklamy w wersji Free,
  • płatną subskrypcję Premium oraz funkcje Premium.

Dostępność funkcji może zależeć od wersji aplikacji, urządzenia, systemu, uprawnień, kraju, konfiguracji serwera, aktywnej subskrypcji i dostępności usług zewnętrznych.

5. Konto i uwierzytelnianie

Część funkcji wymaga konta DriveTogether. Konto może być utworzone przy użyciu adresu e-mail i hasła albo dostępnej zewnętrznej metody uwierzytelniania, takiej jak Google Sign-In.

Użytkownik powinien podawać prawidłowe informacje, chronić dostęp do urządzenia oraz konta i niezwłocznie poinformować DriveTogether o podejrzeniu nieautoryzowanego dostępu.

Nie wolno udostępniać, sprzedawać ani przekazywać konta innej osobie w celu obchodzenia limitów, subskrypcji, zabezpieczeń lub działań moderacyjnych.

DriveTogether nie otrzymuje ani nie przechowuje hasła do konta Google. Powiązanie konta Google nie powoduje przeniesienia własności konta DriveTogether.

6. Zasady korzystania

Użytkownik zobowiązuje się korzystać z DriveTogether legalnie i odpowiedzialnie. Zabronione jest:

  • korzystanie z usługi niezgodnie z prawem albo prawami innych osób,
  • podszywanie się pod inne osoby lub celowe podawanie wprowadzających w błąd informacji,
  • publikowanie treści bezprawnych, grożących, zniesławiających, nienawistnych, seksualnych lub naruszających cudze prawa,
  • nękanie, śledzenie, zastraszanie lub narażanie innych użytkowników,
  • publikowanie dokładnej lokalizacji lub danych innej osoby bez upoważnienia,
  • obchodzenie logowania, Premium, reklam, limitów lub zabezpieczeń,
  • automatyzowanie żądań, pobieranie danych lub przeciążanie API bez pisemnej zgody,
  • ingerowanie w usługę lub odtwarzanie jej kodu poza przypadkami dozwolonymi przez prawo,
  • manipulowanie trasami, XP, rankingami, nagrodami reklamowymi, subskrypcjami lub statystykami,
  • wykorzystywanie DriveTogether do bezprawnych działań lub stwarzania zagrożenia na drodze.

7. Bezpieczeństwo jazdy

Kierowca ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność za pojazd, wybór trasy, prędkość, obserwowanie drogi oraz przestrzeganie przepisów ruchu drogowego.

Nie obsługuj DriveTogether podczas prowadzenia pojazdu. Skonfiguruj aplikację przed podróżą i zatrzymaj się w bezpiecznym oraz dozwolonym miejscu przed korzystaniem z ekranu.

DriveTogether nie jest:

  • certyfikowanym systemem nawigacji,
  • systemem bezpieczeństwa pojazdu ani wsparcia kierowcy,
  • usługą ratunkową, wykrywania wypadków ani automatycznego wzywania pomocy,
  • certyfikowanym urządzeniem do pomiaru prędkości,
  • zamiennikiem znaków drogowych, przepisów ani oceny sytuacji przez kierowcę.

Dane GPS, mapy, prędkości, trasy, lokalizacji grupowej i alertów mogą być opóźnione, niekompletne albo niedokładne. Nie podejmuj decyzji mających wpływ na bezpieczeństwo wyłącznie na podstawie informacji wyświetlanych przez DriveTogether.

8. Lokalizacja i Group PLAY

Funkcje lokalizacyjne wymagają odpowiednich uprawnień urządzenia. Rejestrowanie lokalizacji rozpoczyna się dopiero po uruchomieniu przez użytkownika funkcji, która tego wymaga.

Podczas aktywnej sesji Group PLAY bieżąca lokalizacja użytkownika może być widoczna dla uprawnionych uczestników tej grupy. Nie dołączaj do sesji lokalizacji grupowej, jeżeli nie wyrażasz zgody na takie udostępnianie.

Uczestnik nie może kopiować, publikować ani wykorzystywać lokalizacji innego uczestnika do nękania, śledzenia lub narażania tej osoby na niebezpieczeństwo.

Sieć komórkowa, dostępność GPS, ograniczenia baterii i ustawienia urządzenia mogą powodować opóźnienia lub przerwy w wyświetlanej lokalizacji.

9. Treści użytkowników

Użytkownicy mogą tworzyć lub przesyłać treści, takie jak nick, avatar, komentarze, aktywności, informacje o klubie, eventach i pojeździe, zgłoszenia oraz inne materiały obsługiwane przez aplikację.

Użytkownik zachowuje prawa do utworzonych treści. Udziela DriveTogether niewyłącznej, ogólnoświatowej i nieodpłatnej licencji na przechowywanie, powielanie, przetwarzanie i wyświetlanie treści wyłącznie w zakresie racjonalnie potrzebnym do działania, zabezpieczenia, moderowania i ulepszania usługi.

Licencja zasadniczo wygasa po usunięciu treści albo konta, z wyjątkiem sytuacji, gdy ograniczona retencja jest potrzebna dla kopii zapasowych, wspólnej historii aktywności, zapobiegania oszustwom, obowiązków prawnych lub ochrony roszczeń.

Użytkownik potwierdza, że ma prawo przesłać daną treść i że nie narusza ona prawa, prywatności, praw autorskich, znaków towarowych ani innych praw.

10. Zgłoszenia i moderacja

Użytkownicy mogą zgłaszać treści, konta i zachowania przez dostępne narzędzia aplikacji albo kontaktując się ze wsparciem.

DriveTogether może, gdy jest to racjonalnie konieczne:

  • sprawdzić zgłoszenie lub podejrzenie naruszenia,
  • usunąć treść albo ograniczyć do niej dostęp,
  • ograniczyć dostęp do funkcji społecznościowych, grupowych lub klubowych,
  • skorygować zmanipulowane statystyki lub nagrody,
  • czasowo zawiesić konto,
  • trwale zamknąć konto w przypadku poważnych lub powtarzających się naruszeń.

Gdy jest to uzasadnione i prawnie możliwe, użytkownik może zostać poinformowany o przyczynie działania i może zwrócić się do wsparcia o ponowne rozpatrzenie.

11. Reklamy i wybory prywatności

Wersja Free może wyświetlać reklamy dostarczane przez Google AdMob. Premium zasadniczo usuwa reklamy, gdy ważne uprawnienie Premium zostanie potwierdzone przez serwer DriveTogether.

DriveTogether korzysta z narzędzi Google do zarządzania zgodą i prywatnością tam, gdzie jest to wymagane. Zależnie od kraju, ustawień i wyborów użytkownika reklamy mogą być spersonalizowane, niespersonalizowane lub ograniczone.

Dostępne ustawienia prywatności reklam można ponownie otworzyć w Ustawieniach DriveTogether. Więcej informacji zawiera Polityka prywatności.

Zabronione jest celowe klikanie reklam w celu generowania nieprawidłowego ruchu, automatyzowanie interakcji z reklamami i manipulowanie nagrodami reklamowymi.

12. Subskrypcja Premium

Premium jest opcjonalną usługą cyfrową kupowaną przez Google Play. Może obejmować między innymi:

  • usunięcie reklam,
  • zwiększone nagrody XP,
  • dodatkową pojemność garażu,
  • większe limity przejazdów grupowych,
  • dodatkowe style kart przejazdu,
  • oznaczenie Premium na profilu,
  • dodatkową personalizację profilu i hero.

Dokładny aktualny zakres funkcji i limitów Premium jest wyświetlany w aplikacji albo Google Play przed zakupem. Dostępność może zależeć od wersji aplikacji i konfiguracji serwera.

W dniu aktualizacji Regulaminu standardowe ceny w Polsce wynoszą:

  • 11,99 zł miesięcznie dla planu miesięcznego,
  • 89,99 zł rocznie dla planu rocznego.

Wiążąca jest ostateczna cena, okres rozliczeniowy, waluta, podatek, promocja i ewentualna oferta początkowa pokazana przez Google Play przed potwierdzeniem zakupu. Ceny mogą różnić się zależnie od kraju.

13. Płatność, odnowienie i anulowanie

Płatności są przetwarzane przez Google Play. DriveTogether nie otrzymuje pełnych danych karty płatniczej ani rachunku bankowego.

Miesięczny i roczny plan Premium odnawiają się automatycznie na kolejny okres rozliczeniowy, jeżeli subskrypcja nie zostanie anulowana w Google Play przed odnowieniem.

Odinstalowanie DriveTogether albo usunięcie konta DriveTogether nie anuluje automatycznie subskrypcji Google Play.

Subskrypcją można zarządzać lub ją anulować w sekcji subskrypcji Google Play na koncie Google użytym do zakupu.

O ile zasady Google Play, obowiązujące prawo albo decyzja o zwrocie nie stanowią inaczej, anulowanie wyłącza przyszłe odnowienia, a Premium pozostaje dostępne do końca opłaconego okresu.

Informacje o zakupie i subskrypcji mogą być weryfikowane w Google Play. Premium może być aktywowane, odnawiane, przywracane, zawieszane albo wygaszane zgodnie ze zweryfikowanym statusem subskrypcji.

Przejściowy problem z siecią, weryfikacją lub Google Play może opóźnić zmianę statusu Premium. Aplikacja może ponowić próbę przywrócenia właściwego uprawnienia po odzyskaniu połączenia.

14. Zwroty i prawa konsumenta

Wnioski o zwrot płatności przetwarzanych przez Google Play powinny być zasadniczo składane przez narzędzia zakupów i zwrotów Google Play. DriveTogether może także rozpatrywać zgłoszenia przesłane do wsparcia, gdy obsługa wniosku należy do dewelopera.

Możliwość zwrotu zależy od okoliczności, zasad Google Play i obowiązującego prawa. Regulamin nie wyłącza ani nie ogranicza obowiązkowych praw konsumenta, w tym praw dotyczących odstąpienia, wadliwej lub niezgodnej z umową usługi cyfrowej i dostępnych środków ochrony prawnej.

Jeżeli Premium nie działa prawidłowo, sprawdź najpierw, czy w Google Play aktywne jest właściwe konto Google, i użyj funkcji przywracania zakupu, jeżeli jest dostępna. Problem można również zgłosić do wsparcia.

15. XP, osiągnięcia i korzyści wirtualne

XP, osiągnięcia, odznaki, rankingi, nagrody reklamowe i podobne korzyści są elementem działania aplikacji. Korzyści te:

  • nie mają wartości pieniężnej,
  • nie podlegają wymianie na pieniądze, kryptowaluty ani przedmioty zewnętrzne,
  • nie mogą być sprzedawane ani przenoszone między użytkownikami, chyba że dana funkcja wyraźnie to umożliwia,
  • mogą zostać skorygowane lub usunięte, gdy przyznano je wskutek błędu, nadużycia lub manipulacji.

Zasady, progi i dostępne nagrody mogą zmieniać się wraz z rozwojem usługi. Istotne zmiany nie ograniczają obowiązkowych praw konsumenta związanych z aktywną płatną subskrypcją.

16. Dostępność i zmiany usługi

DriveTogether jest rozwijane i może być aktualizowane, poprawiane oraz rozszerzane. Poszczególne funkcje mogą być czasowo niedostępne z powodu prac technicznych, bezpieczeństwa, awarii, usług zewnętrznych, wymagań prawnych lub zmian platformy.

Operator może wprowadzać racjonalne zmiany służące bezpieczeństwu, kompatybilności, wydajności i funkcjonalności. Jeżeli istotna zmiana niekorzystnie wpływa na aktywną płatną usługę, użytkownik otrzyma powiadomienie lub środek ochrony wymagany przez prawo.

DriveTogether nie gwarantuje nieprzerwanej dostępności ani kompatybilności z każdym urządzeniem, systemem Android, siecią lub konfiguracją pojazdu.

17. Własność intelektualna

Nazwa DriveTogether, aplikacja, kod źródłowy, interfejs, elementy wizualne, struktura bazy danych, dokumentacja i oryginalne treści usługi są chronione przez obowiązujące przepisy dotyczące własności intelektualnej.

Mapy, biblioteki, fonty, reklamy i usługi Google lub innych podmiotów podlegają odpowiednim licencjom i regulaminom ich dostawców.

18. Zawieszenie, zakończenie i usunięcie konta

Użytkownik może w każdej chwili przestać korzystać z DriveTogether oraz usunąć konto przez aplikację albo zgodnie z publiczną instrukcją: https://drivetogether-app.com/account/delete/.

Usunięcie konta jest zasadniczo nieodwracalne i może powodować usunięcie lub anonimizację danych profilu, tras i danych społecznościowych zgodnie z Polityką prywatności.

Usunięcie konta DriveTogether nie anuluje automatycznie aktywnej subskrypcji Google Play. Subskrypcję należy anulować osobno w Google Play.

DriveTogether może zawiesić albo zakończyć dostęp w przypadku poważnego naruszenia Regulaminu, oszustwa, zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa, bezprawnego działania, powtarzających się nadużyć lub obowiązku prawnego.

19. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności

W zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo DriveTogether nie odpowiada za:

  • decyzje kierowcy, naruszenia przepisów i niebezpieczne korzystanie z aplikacji,
  • wypadki, uszkodzenia pojazdu, obrażenia i straty wynikające z rozproszenia kierowcy,
  • niedokładne albo opóźnione informacje GPS, mapy, prędkości lub lokalizacji grupowej,
  • brak zasięgu, ograniczenia baterii i awarie urządzenia,
  • działania, treści i zachowania innych użytkowników,
  • przerwy lub awarie Google Play, map, reklam, logowania i innych usług zewnętrznych,
  • szkody pośrednie lub nieprzewidywalne, którym nie można było racjonalnie zapobiec.

Regulamin nie wyłącza odpowiedzialności, której zgodnie z prawem nie można wyłączyć, w szczególności odpowiedzialności za działania umyślne oraz wynikającej z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów konsumenckich.

20. Reklamacje i wsparcie

Reklamacje dotyczące działania DriveTogether lub Premium można przesyłać na: support@drivetogether-app.com.

W zgłoszeniu warto podać:

  • adres e-mail powiązany z kontem DriveTogether,
  • wersję aplikacji i model urządzenia,
  • opis problemu oraz czas jego wystąpienia,
  • zrzuty ekranu lub dane diagnostyczne bez haseł i pełnych danych płatniczych.

Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane bez zbędnej zwłoki i w terminie wymaganym przez obowiązujące przepisy.

21. Prywatność

Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych, w tym danych konta, lokalizacji, reklam i subskrypcji, opisuje Polityka prywatności DriveTogether.

22. Zmiany Regulaminu

Regulamin może być aktualizowany w przypadku zmian usługi, prawa, wymagań Google Play, modelu cenowego lub dostępnych funkcji.

Aktualna wersja i data aktualizacji pozostaną dostępne na tej stronie. Jeżeli będzie to wymagane, istotne zmiany zostaną przekazane w aplikacji albo w inny odpowiedni sposób.

23. Prawo właściwe

Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu. Wybór ten nie pozbawia konsumenta mieszkającego w innym kraju obowiązkowej ochrony przysługującej mu na podstawie właściwych przepisów.
