DriveTogether Account Deletion

This document applies to the current test version of the DriveTogether app and may be updated as the service evolves.

Delete account in the app

  1. Open DriveTogether.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm by typing the required phrase.
  5. After success the app signs the user out and returns to authentication.

Public fallback

If you cannot access the app, email support@drivetogether-app.com from the email address linked to your account. Public instructions: https://drivetogether-app.com/account/delete.

What is deleted

  • account and login data,
  • refresh tokens/sessions,
  • profile, nickname and email or their anonymization according to relationships,
  • avatar file from storage, if present,
  • ride and location data where it can be safely removed,
  • user-dependent data according to database relationships.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained in limited or anonymized form if needed for group/event history integrity, safety, abuse handling, accountability or legal obligations. Support data may be retained as needed to handle the report.

Processing time

In-app deletion is automatic. Email requests are usually handled within 30 days after account ownership verification.

Usuni臋cie konta w aplikacji

  1. Otw贸rz DriveTogether.
  2. Przejd藕 do Ustawienia albo Profil.
  3. Wybierz Usu艅 konto.
  4. Potwierd藕 operacj臋, wpisuj膮c wymagan膮 fraz臋.
  5. Po sukcesie aplikacja wyloguje u偶ytkownika i wr贸ci do ekranu logowania.

Je艣li nie masz dost臋pu do aplikacji, wy艣lij pro艣b臋 na support@drivetogether-app.com z adresu email przypisanego do konta. Publiczna strona instrukcji: https://drivetogether-app.com/account/delete.

Co zostanie usuni臋te

  • konto i dane logowania,
  • refresh tokeny/sesje,
  • profil, nick i email albo ich anonimizacja zgodnie z relacjami,
  • avatar ze storage, je艣li istnieje,
  • dane przejazd贸w i lokalizacji, je艣li mog膮 zosta膰 bezpiecznie usuni臋te,
  • dane zale偶ne od u偶ytkownika zgodnie z relacjami bazy.

Co mo偶e zosta膰 zachowane

Niekt贸re dane mog膮 pozosta膰 w formie ograniczonej lub zanonimizowanej, je偶eli jest to konieczne dla integralno艣ci historii grup/event贸w, bezpiecze艅stwa, obs艂ugi nadu偶y膰, rozliczalno艣ci albo obowi膮zk贸w prawnych. Dane supportowe mog膮 by膰 zachowane przez czas potrzebny do obs艂ugi zg艂oszenia.

Czas obs艂ugi

Usuni臋cie w aplikacji jest wykonywane automatycznie. Pro艣by mailowe obs艂ugujemy zwykle w ci膮gu 30 dni, po weryfikacji prawa do konta.
